The session will introduce the notion of a culture of improvement and its impact on reducing harm and leading the way to zero incidents.  Culture of Improvement is not about individual function or limited to a single individual’s role.

It is an enterprise initiative wherein everyone plays a role. The session will also discuss ways to get started or continue their journey to zero harm including:

  • Ensuring all leadership (not only quality leadership) is committed to a goal of zero harm
